Kenida Lewis

Kenida Lewis is the Director of College and Diversity Recruiting at MGM Resorts International. In this role, Kenida is responsible for setting the strategic direction to attract and recruit diverse, undergraduate and graduate talent that will continue to drive innovation for an international entertainment organization. By building external national partnerships, increasing community engagement and enhancing recruiting processes, Kenida works to expand the MGM resorts international brand in diverse and university settings.

Prior to joining MGM Resorts International in 2018, Kenida was responsible for leading Strategic Initiatives and Diversity Sourcing for Accenture, LLP. 

From 2010 – 2017, Kenida served in many roles in the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Functions at PNC Bank. These roles included Talent Scout for the Commercial and Private Banking Division in Southeast Wisconsin; Recruiting Manager-Strategic Sourcing; and Vice President-Diversity Recruiting. 

From 2007 – 2010, Kenida served as the AVP Talent Acquisition & Diversity recruiting for M&I Bank in Milwaukee, WI, with dual responsibility for the strategic direction and management of the enterprise-wide contingent workforce solution.

Kenida serves on the advisory board of the Salvation Army, is a board member of the American Association of People Disabilities, a committee member of Disability IN- Disability Equality Index advisory committee, and a past President of Wisconsin Fresh Coast Consortium. 

A graduate of Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration, Kenida received her MBA in 2000. Kenida holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Merchandising from Ball State University.
