Roles & Responsibilities
I am an experienced real estate professional that has been in the industry for over 10 years. I manage relationships with realtors, builders and consumers. I assist 5 different branches throughout Houston. I help convert leads into customer’s and I help existing customer’s with their mortgage needs for purchasing or refinancing. I use our software to quote customers, run different scenarios, setup mortgage application profiles, and track customer files from the beginning to the end of the process. I’m well versed in Excel, Power Point, Word and Access Database.

Responsibilities as a Leak Seal Technician. Perform general on-steam and under-pressure leak sealing work. Perform all aspects of Leak Sealing including job walks, field measure-ups, field drawings, leak evaluation, clamp/enclosure/hardware installation and scaling, sealant handling, mixing and injection. Make entries and maintain assigned company forms, logs, QA/QC documentation, paperwork and time records. Communicate with designers, engineers, and machinists to complete the required job. I loved working overtime during shutdowns or out of town projects.

I have served on the Board of Directors for two terms and was the Public Relations Chair for the Houston Black Real Estate Association. I’ve also served as the Chair for the State of Housing in Black America. I am also a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors. Additionally, I am a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, National Society of Leadership and Success, and Toastmasters International. I also completed a nine-month leadership training program through the Houston Black Leadership Institute – Class II. The program is designed to groom the future leaders in the Houston African American community.
