Anika Jackson is a highly connected & visionary leader who builds local & global buzz through connecting, collaborating and creating meaningful relationships between businesses and communities. An engaging, intelligent, and profoundly relevant event producer, speaker, community leader and consultant, Anika possesses an innate sense of purpose and a pragmatic approach to empowering people and distilling creative (and seemingly disconnected) human business ideas into elegantly synergistic concepts and helping brands apply those concepts to the best steps to meet their goals.

Anika has gained a reputation for her philanthropic work in the community. She is chair on the board of Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast and a founding member of the Planned Parenthood Affiliate Board Council’s Steering Committee. Anika is a co-founder/board chairman of Learn Grow Lead, which funds education and other basic needs for poor, orphaned and formerly trafficked children, as well as a co-founder/board chairman of Houston Children Give Back, which helps children learn about their world, and create positive change.

In addition, Anika serves as a founding family and advisory council member for Greater Houston Community Foundation’s Center for Family Philanthropy. Formerly the President of the Junior League of Los Angeles, she has taken her drive to Houston, serving as the Junior League of Houston representative for the Nonprofit Leadership Collaborative.

Professionally, she consults brands and non-profits under her company Philanthropic Fetes, is CEO of Social Graces Social Club, and is VP of Strategic Partnerships for Real Beauty Real Women. The latest additions to the Philanthropic Fetes brand family include The Conscious Collection, a subscription box which donates money to the Real Beauty Real Women Foundation, and The Graces, a clothing boutique available online and in person. Every facet of her company has a charitable component. Anika co-hosts Real Beauty Real Women Radio, a popular visual and radio show that highlights socially conscious men and women in Houston and beyond.

Anika holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from The University of San Francisco, as well as being a graduate of both Leadership Southern California and Leadership Houston. In her spare time, she enjoys art, cooking enough to feed small armies, traveling, and passing on her love of life and adventure to her mini.
