LaShawn Reed-Kendricks, MBA is the President of Essentials 4 Success and Founder of Success Her Way. After many years of working in entrepreneurial support organizations, she decided to embrace her passion of supporting women entrepreneurs by helping them build a solid business foundation, increase their income and use their business to create the life they’ve always desired to have.

Essentials 4 Success was created to educate and empower women entrepreneurs; through coaching programs to help them design a strategic roadmap to achieve their idea of success. Success Her Way is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a platform to connect, educate and elevate emerging women business leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs.

LaShawn has been highlighted for the work she does with women in several publications such as Cleveland Business Connects and Phenomenal Woman Magazine to name a few. She was recently seen on Kaleidoscope with Leon Bibb discussing how her business coaching program helps women elevate to the next level. LaShawn also appeared on the Steve Harvey Show to speak about her Success Her Way Summit women’s empowerment conference. Steve Harvey and Ford awarded LaShawn a brand-new Ford Explorer to take her event on the road to empower other Girl Bosses.

LaShawn earned her undergraduate degree in Business Management at Indiana Wesleyan University and has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Ursuline College. LaShawn is married to her wonderful husband Chris and they are the parents of three beautiful daughters; Dakotah, Montana and Sydni. LaShawn enjoys traveling with her family, volunteering and reading motivational books. LaShawn’s favorite quote is “there is no greater gift you can give or receive than to honor your calling.
